Light is love
And love is light
What I have learned from unconditional love
Is to see myself in the same light
As the people who love me do
To love myself with grace and patience
To love others unconditionally and whole heartedly
To be present and authentic
That love is forgiving and patient
True and strong
Love shines like the sun
In the darkness of pain, love can find our hearts
Reminding us that we are worthy and not alone
Love is a gift and blessing
That renews our souls
And brightens our spirits
Love has taught me
I am light, I am love, I am flawed, and I am stubborn
Each day I show up with my loving heart
Ready to learn, discover, teach and appreciate
What is truly important
The people we hold in our hearts and whom we love
